I was on a long journey to find solace after my mom left me. Yoga and meditation helped, but something was still missing. Then, I discovered breathwork and ice baths. These practices taught me to release my feelings and allow some space to be “not okay. ” I learned to open up, embrace my emotions, and truly connect with myself.
We often live unconsciously, attached to our minds and avoiding our true feelings. This leads to addictions and unhealthy behaviors as we try to escape our real problems. I believe the happiness we seek externally is actually within us. By synchronizing with our inner world, we unlock new possibilities for our body and mind.
