Happiness is a choice and it lies within us
You are Your Own Best Healer
Embrace change, not just a break. Many join retreats seeking rest, but true transformation requires facing oneself. Change only happens when you confront your deepest struggles, not by seeking quick fixes or numbing emotions with distractions.
This retreat helps you break free from old burdens and limiting beliefs passed down through generations. Society conditions us to suppress emotions, creating deep-seated trauma. Here, you’ll learn to release what no longer serves you.
Led by Ami and Stephanie, this retreat challenges you to meet your rawest self. Through ice baths, breathwork, workshops, and authentic relating, you’ll shed emotional weight, cultivate self-empathy, and build resilience.
Trauma is inevitable, but how we respond defines us. This program equips you with powerful tools to navigate life’s uncertainties with awareness and strength. It’s not about proving toughness. It’s about discovering your ability to bend, not break.
Because the only true healer is YOU.
We are honored to welcome you in this retreat and provide very practical tools to help you grow to be the best person you want to be….
